Nicola Barbaro has been a partner at Bassilana & Associates Law Firm since 2018.

He previously practiced and gained significant experience at leading law firms in Milan.

He works both in litigation, handling ordinary and arbitration proceedings, and in non-litigation matters, primarily in civil, banking, commercial, and insolvency law.

He graduated from the Faculty of Law at the Catholic University of the Sacred Heart in Milan in 2006 and obtained a master’s degree in “International Cooperation – Development” from ISPI (Institute for International Political Studies) in Milan in 2007.

He has been a member of the Como Bar Association since 2010.
