They also assist and support companies in activities such as risk assessment, helping internal company structures identify operational areas where potential “predicate offenses” under Legislative Decree 231/2001 might occur, the functions involved in these areas, and the protocols and procedures put in place to manage crime-related risks.

The professionals also manage the updating of Models 231, considering both legislative developments and changes in the operational and/or organizational structure of individual companies, as well as training company personnel on 231 matters.
