Giorgio Prinzivalli is a founding partner at Bassilana & Associates Law Firm.

He practices in the fields of commercial and corporate law, primarily focusing on national and transnational transactions involving mergers, acquisitions, and extraordinary finance. He provides consultancy in corporate and commercial matters.

He was previously a partner at Benessia – Maccagno e Bassilana.

In 2006, he completed an internship at Berwin Leighton Paisner in London.

He graduated from the Faculty of Law at the Catholic University of the Sacred Heart in Milan in 2003.

He has been a member of the Milan Bar Association since 2006.
